How do I import data into IBANC Software

IBANC Software offers the possibility to import the following information:

• General:
  

        Country codes are mandatory when importing.

• Direct Debit and Credit Transfer:
  

      In the Direct Debit and Credit Transfer screen, click on Import;
      Choose the file; When importing MS Excel- or CSV-files; Set the import profile.
      Click on OK.

• Address book:
  

       Click on File -> Address book, here you are able to import, create, edit en delete contacts.

• Mandates:
  

       The type of transaction should have an English name:
       *FRST for First
       *RCUR for Recurring
       *FNAL for Final
       *OOFF for One-Off
